    Description

    These are the cutting tools of listed MCM Chicago artist Mar Carter. Mar Carter, who was an award winning member of the Chicago Society of Artists and participated in several exhibits in the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. I have some of her outstanding wood block lino cuts up as well.

    The four wood carving tools have been well used one of the bottoms seems broken off, even though it’s the same size couple of them have carved AW on them. And the lone chisel with the wood handle has Webber USA stamped on the metal part of the tool.
